I haven't done a domino fall in a while. Here's a different kind. Not a long
one. A thick one.
Here's the video of the build and the fall. It's 8 minutes but you can hop
through it easily enough.
There are billions of people and a version of normal to go along with each one of them. No two versions are exactly the same. There will be hundreds of thousands of little things that make up your version of normal. With any luck you can find people that have close to the same idea of what normal is that you do. These are your friends. Anyone else you try to tolerate as best you can. .... The exact definition of normal depends on who's running the asylum.

SUCH a lot of work.
Sue - Are you sure? It took her less than 8 minutes in the video!
I must be behind the times. I thought dominos only came in black with white spots.
Kirk - That was a long time ago before they found a vaccine for measlnos. Once measlnos was cured the dominos color came back and they have been multiplying like crazy.
I love watching domino falls. We used to have a bag of assorted colour dominoes when the kids were little and they would make domino snakes winding all over the dining table then topple them.
Mike ... "measinos??" It's not just the domino lady that has too much time on her hands.
Thanks. Watching YouTube videos is a great snow day activity.
That's a crazy lot of work.
River - I don't think I could afford... well, want to pay for what all those dominoes cost. ... I take that back. I just checked since I had no idea what dominoes cost. 13,000 dominoes cost $760 on Amazon. I could afford that. And then I looked up most by an individual. 321,197. That would cost $19,000 to buy all those. I could afford that but wouldn't.
Bill - It's a curse. HEY! Got any dominoes?
Kathy - I think the internet will be very busy in the St. Louis area today.
John - Not the kind of work you would want an ADD person doing. It would take me years to never finish that.
Awesome! I didn't realize the dominoes would fall so precisely when they were set up in that way. I've only ever seen the regular domino effect and couldn't picture the end result. It was so cool.
Jenny - I'm with you on that. I didn't have a clue how they would topple.
These are folks with too much time. My goodness!
Peg - But you were impressed, right?
A little part of me could not help thinking "get a life".
From the book, "Things to do in Quarantine", chapter 34.
Lady - Well phooey. I guess I'll cancel that big order of dominoes.
Mark - Rule 34 could have been going on in the next room.
Thank you!
