I think this should have been a post of its own.
I laugh every time I reread it!
Yes, it does.
In my next life, I'll know better.
They did WHAT?!
Maybe I'll cut my lawn like this in the summ... BWAHAHAHAHA!
Yes, it is.
There are billions of people and a version of normal to go along with each one of them. No two versions are exactly the same. There will be hundreds of thousands of little things that make up your version of normal. With any luck you can find people that have close to the same idea of what normal is that you do. These are your friends. Anyone else you try to tolerate as best you can. .... The exact definition of normal depends on who's running the asylum.

The one about the 2019-2022 history book chapter is spot-on. I'm not sure whether that chapter will be 900 pages long to capture all the dumbassery, or one sentence long to just say, "The world went nuts." And I do like that ultra-anal grass-mowing job.
It can be a peaceful life by not logging, period! LOL!
The first one makes me laugh too!
"It's a peaceful life" hahahahahaha! And hey, we've all had more than a swig of Dumb Fuck Juice over the course of our life!
It is a peaceful life, just me and my laptop, until someone knocks on my door.
Bill - Go out and buy a drone now so you can take pictures of your anal lawn this summer. We WILL want pictures!
Shaw - But how will get paper if there is no logging? 😄 I KNOW I KNOW! TYPO!
I need blogging. You're my only friends since Covid. The best kind of friends. Friends at a distance. 😁
Kathy - It's worded perfectly.
Deb - I still have gallons of Dumb Fuck Juice just waiting for the right occasion.
River - I had that happen yesterday. I was delivering something to a friend's house without calling first. Knocked on the door, no answer. So I left the stuff on the porch and was walking back to my car when I hear "MIKE!". She said that she wasn't going to answer the door but peeked out the window and saw it was me.
I love the one about the chapter in the history book. They might need more than one chapter, though. It feels like the world has been turned upside down and shaken like a snow globe.
I, too, enjoy the peaceful life :)
Jenny - Maybe not a chapter but a whole book.
Dunkin Donuts has one hell of a design failure there.
Lady - To say the least!
