But Stanley Kubrick already explained all this to us in his 1968 masterwork "2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY" as did James William Guercio in his 1973 cult item "ELECTRA GLIDE IN BLUE" ! ! !.

I don't think I need that book. I already know how things happen.

It would be interesting to see the rest of the book, but I don't think I'd buy it.

Looks downright kinky to me.

Looks like a lot of fine yoga poses.

Sue - That's what I thought at first.

LJ - I don't remember ever seeing "ELECTRA GLIDE IN BLUE". But I can watch it on Prime. Something to add to my list.

River - The link has more views inside the book.

Kathy - Maybe all of could chip in and start a book club of similar books. 😄

Deb - Does that mean you're going to buy it? 😁

Lady - I don't know enough about yoga to compare. I'll take your word for it!

Mike, make sure you watch it right to the end, right until it fades out, simply because the last 10 minutes of the movie essentially constitutes and represents THE greatest ever ending to any film in the entire 133 year history of the medium of the moving image since its invention circa 1889. It really does sum up the bizarre surrealism of our very existence on the surface of the planet quite magnificently.
