5619 - Treehouses, they're everywhere!

No pictures today. Just a link. Kathy mentioned seeing tree houses on Animal Planet. I don't get that (that I know of) on any of my streaming services.

But as I was looking for that, I found this...

It's a link to tree houses all over the world. It seems there are 17 in Missouri. One of them is about an hour outside of St. Louis. And as I was looking around, I found one site that had it listed for $148 a night. Then another site had it listed for $295 a night. And others in between those two costs. So it pays to do a lot of research before renting.

After looking at this site, I looked out my dining room window and expected to see a treehouse across the street.

Look what you started Allen!!! 😂

$295 a night? That's about what I'd spend in 4-5 weeks on me food and cat food!
I should probably look at the houses and see if they are worth it.

As I said yesterday, more valuable than my home. And money spinners rather than money pits.

River - This is the one I was researching...
https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/3793576?source_impression_id=p3_1661495739_G85L8IIM2h1aN6Ga
And when I pulled up this site it's down another dollar to $147 in the last few hours.

Sue - I guess if the demand is there, make money while the sun shines.

Nope - don't feel like I am missing a thing.

Let the birds build treehouses.

Thanks for the link. I've always wanted to sleep in a tree house.

The thing I've been figuring out about AirBnB is that they tack on a huge cleaning fee (for this one it's $125) and another service fee.

Lady - Don't let your trees hear you say that.

Bill - You could build one back in your woods and start making money!

Kathy - Sunset Hills is trying to make AirBnBs illegal. The ordinance hasn't passed yet but it's close.

Allen - It's amazing the things you find wandering around the internet.
