I thought I would leave this blank screen here just so it looks like I posted a Youtube video. As I post this I'm not sure if the link they give will work so I'll post the actual URL below. The sound starts off weak but clears up about a minute and a half in.

I tried to watch it but he speaks too fast for me to make sense from the accent. Then I got stuck at YouTube watching other stuff.
Americans are, indeed, bad at swearing, but it's because they're locked in on a few go-to words that have lost their power to shock and offend through overuse (think the "f-word"). I think that a few innocent words, properly mispronounced or overemphasized, are better ... I like the Russian words "ptitsa" (bird), which sounds terribly vulgar when you really spit it out, and "karandash" (pencil), which sounds grimly threatening when spoken in a deep growl. Sticking with English, remember how much mileage W.C. Fields got by angrily muttering "mother of pearl."
River - The Youtube time-suck. I've been there many times myself.
Bill - I know what you mean. You can make any word sound offense if you pronounce it in the right (wrong) way.
I've always said that anyone who drops f-bombs on a regular basis has nothing to fall back on when they REALLY need something more extreme.
Then there regular but rural English ( not US) words which just sound vulgar.
Tup ewe.
I want to be spending with tree #9 but it feels like I am hanging with tree #5.
