Bonus, the god of trees. Deb's post on Cerridwen, the ancient Celtic goddess of rebirth, got me looking at other gods and I found the god of trees! And no I did NOT pose for that statue!
There are billions of people and a version of normal to go along with each one of them. No two versions are exactly the same. There will be hundreds of thousands of little things that make up your version of normal. With any luck you can find people that have close to the same idea of what normal is that you do. These are your friends. Anyone else you try to tolerate as best you can. .... The exact definition of normal depends on who's running the asylum.

#15, the "hand of God" showing us the path?
I like #4 best, I could sit on that bench and watch children climbing all over those trees.
I agree with River 100% - #4 is the best! And Sylvanus could have run for governor of Pennsylvania, though he'd probably not have done well in more conservative rural regions.
The God of Trees! Very cool!
The God of Trees is pretty shredded but his member - not much to see there. Perhaps he's a grower not a show-er
River - I thought 15 looked more like a dinosaur.
Bill - A bench in the middle of the forest looks like a good place to spend the day.
Deb - Who knew I wood find a god?
Lady - "A grower not a show-er" Hmmm, I could have used that line a few times in the past. Especially coming out of a cold swimming pool.
20 is my current view so I hate that one. I would much prefer 16.
I needed tree serenity today. Thanks.
Matt - I hate to type this out loud but we've hardly had any snow this winter.
Kathy - My Magnolia is blooming. I'm trying to form a plan to keep the flowers from getting frostbit later this week.
Thank you Silvanus! And to you too Mike. So many wonderful trees! My favorite is 13.
Allen - Silvanus is our new hero.
