Update update - It's 4pm and we are back home. Claudia's body could have qualified for a drug and procedure testing area. They hit her with everything; Fleet enema, regular enema, x-ray, a one-gallon container of bowel flush, several drugs into the IV, a shot to the stomach, pills, liquid medicines, and suppository, ... and there was movement.
They let her go but everything still isn't cleared out. I hope we don't have to go back.
Update update update - Claudia is now free-flowing. Much much more than we ever could have hoped for. Holy shit!

Good to hear that she is finally getting help.
Sorry to hear that she is in the hospital. Wonderful that her treatment will greatly help her. God bless you both. I am praying for you. Promise.
Boo for being in the hospital, but if it means they find the problem and fix it that sounds like the best option there is.

Yikes - sounds dreadful. Poor Claudia. I hope this does the trick.
Are they going to do a colonoscopy to check if she has an intestinal blockage? That was my first thought when I heard of her symptoms.

Perhaps a liquid diet for a while? Soups can be very nutritious.
Heading to St Louis for a hockey game Sunday, but will be with another couple and I don't think I can swing by.
I'll be through before Easter and drop off some Ted Drewes.
