5936 - Bard

Bilbo posted a song yesterday done by Nanci Griffith. I hadn't heard of her so I looked her up on Wikipedia. Nanci died in 2021. Wikipedia said it wasn't published how she died. Natural causes. I thought it might have been covid. Nothing I could find on the internet could tell me.

I wonder if Bard knows.

"Nanci Griffith died on August 13, 2021, at the age of 68. Her management company attributed her death to natural causes, but did not specify the exact cause. Griffith had a history of cancer, having been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in 1995 and breast cancer in 2013. She had been in remission from both cancers at the time of her death."

So Bard found out a lot more than I could. Maybe one of her cancers unremissed.

I'm afraid to find out what Bard can find out about me.

I'm looking for a good, inexpensive contractor to build an extension on the closet where I keep all my skeletons.

I love her song "From A Distance."

Bill - I think I might need an underground bunker. One where the entrance just gets buried when I die.

Deb - I didn't know who she was, thus the search.

I knew Nancy Griffith, but didn't realize she had died.

Nanci Griffith was a wonderful Texas singer/songwriter, who performed all over the world, and was especially loved in Ireland. I saw her perform in Texas several times. Her voice was distinctive, and many of her songs were pure poetry. I was truly saddened by her death.

I haven't had the pleasure of introducing myself to Bard yet. I might have to see what pops up.

Kathy - It seems like public figures have been dropping like flies these past few years.

CW - Her cancer probably came back.

Matt - Bard is probably waiting for you.

I to play with Bard like an hour ago after you mentioned it and just remembered to come back here! Now you gave me another idea: what the hell will bard say about me when I head back over there. Thanks, Mike?

Cloudia - HA! I haven't done me yet. You do you first and report the results to us.
