Even for Texas, this is ridiculous. Greg Abbott is totally off the rails.
Abbott is an idiot, those workers should go on strike but then they'd get fired and we all know how hard it is to get another job.

They should sue - cruel and unusual punishment is making someone work in the heat without water breaks.
