Another palm tree.

There are billions of people and a version of normal to go along with each one of them. No two versions are exactly the same. There will be hundreds of thousands of little things that make up your version of normal. With any luck you can find people that have close to the same idea of what normal is that you do. These are your friends. Anyone else you try to tolerate as best you can. .... The exact definition of normal depends on who's running the asylum.

Many, many thanks. I look forward to these posts and am never disappointed.
#7 looks like two trees playing "After You, Alfonse."
Love that palm tree!
You have many fall beauties pictured here. Especially that first one - I think that must be along Highway 152 in Montrose County Colorado.
We're going on a leaf viewing trip later in the month. I hope we find some that are as stunning as your photos.
The tree growing in the hands sculpture is the best.
Sue - More on the way.
Bill - I had to look this one up. "An exchange indicating excessive formality or effort at politeness, particularly where two people each refuse to go forward." And... "After You, My Dear Alphonse," is an expression that comes from Alphonse and Gaston, an American comic strip that first appeared in 1905."
Deb - Is the artist in you going to turn to sculpture?
Lady - Are you sure? That sounds awful specific! 😁
Kathy - It's about time for the slope along the Meramec between 44 and 30 to start turning.
Shaw - Who knew there was another one out there?
You are the 6th person whose site I am visiting. Your trees are amazing. I miss the colors. Did you see my trees?
Susan - I missed your tree post but not anymore.

#4: I almost didn't see that tiny person standing by the tree roots.
#12 is how many Australian streets look right now in Jacaranda season.
#10 looks like it's "coming to get you", a halloween tree?
Just what I needed - Thursday Trees, even though it's Friday. Great ones, especially #15 and 19. Thanks!
Satisfying Mike. I find myself. Looking forward to the trees for the week. Look there's an old friend!
River - Most of the time a person next to a tree is the only indication of just how big some of these guys get.
Allen - I thought 19 was a painting at first. But when I blew it up I could see details that wouldn't be in a painting.
Cloudia - You're usually in the queue.
