I saw this on a FB post. It's from the good ol' days. What really got my
attention was the footwork of the girls back then. (1963)
Unfortunately, it's too easy to sit down these days.
There are billions of people and a version of normal to go along with each one of them. No two versions are exactly the same. There will be hundreds of thousands of little things that make up your version of normal. With any luck you can find people that have close to the same idea of what normal is that you do. These are your friends. Anyone else you try to tolerate as best you can. .... The exact definition of normal depends on who's running the asylum.

They look like they are having fun - and are much more co-ordinated than I am (or ever was).
The dexterity of teenage ankles is a thing to behold.
Sue - I don't think I ever had that kind of coordination.
Kirk - They're just flipping them around like there's nothing to it.
Back when Agnes and I were dancing in competitions, we were nimble enough to do stuff like that. Now, they make us stop because the creaking of the joints makes it hard for other dancers to hear the music.
Love all the "Midge" hairstyles!
I haven't seen a jacket and tie on a teenage boy at a dance in eons!

Yeah, getting up again is the problem (I am 79).
I give it a 78, it's easy to dance to. :-)
Oh, to be young again.
Bill - I could never do that.
Deb - 60s for sure.
Stu - I'm right there with you. 77 here.
Peg - Not anymore for me. 😥
Kathy - In my next life I'll try and dance more.
The men's footwork was equally impressive, but why stay crowded around a circle with so much empty space in the middle where you could move without bumping elbows?
River - Probably something to do with the camera angles.
