Bilbo has picked up Thursday trees while I'm playing unenthusiastic computer repairman.
And you know what's weird. When I get irritated enough at the computer and stop for awhile, I'm getting other things done around the house I've been putting off for a long time. Go figure...

I'm on it! If nothing else, it'll help me keep the "Trees for Mike" file from getting too far out of hand.
When I am irritated with the computer I just read a book. Off to look at trees now.
Tech frustration is the ultimate motivator for house chores! At this rate, if that computer keeps acting up, your house is going to be absolutely spotless. Glad Bilbo stepped up for the trees today. Good luck with the repairs!
I always feel like my computer has betrayed me.
Recently, my 25 yo desktop died. I replaced it with an Amazon "renewed" for cheap. Works like a charm...
Are you ever coming back?
This month is crazy. I've got a better computer and am trying to get things moved from the old one to this one. But the old one will only stay up for 90 seconds before it freezes or it will stay up in safe mode but I can't do a lot of things in safe mode.
And then this month turned out to be the month I'm getting new eyes. Cataracts in both of them are getting fixed. It's hard to focus right after the operation. I'm in between right now. Next eye is next Thursday.
Claudia is getting a little father along with her Parkinson's. She wants me next to her quite a bit. If I could transport her down to the basement I might have more time on the computer... oh wait, the computer doesn't work yet!
Maybe I could post one tree, then one joke, and one joke. Just to let people know I'm still around.
Thank you, we can wait it out.
