The KKK wanted their name on road signs for the highway liter pickup program in the St. Louis area. The highway department said no. The KKK went to court and won. The highway department named the KKK pickup area "The Rosa Parks Memorial Highway". The KKK never picked up anything. Down came the KKK signs.

I was waiting for an opportunity to use this cartoon, but you beat me to it. It's sad that it's funny...
You won't hurt my feelings if you use it. It's a good to the point cartoon and the more people that see it the better.
