The first one is already here...I've received recorded calls from credit card companies asking me to hold until a "customer service representative" is available. And the robo-calls the political campaigns use do this sometimes, too. I hate phones. We need to go back to the good old days, except that the air quality control inspectors won't let us use smoke signals any more.
