We probably don't understand. Now is probably different than in 1980. They need 700 billion FAST. We don't understand the hazards of waiting, even a few more weeks. Bad things will happen if they don't get their 700 billion.
Well guess what. Bad things have been happening for the past 7 1/2 years. We can wait a few more months.
