Here's a link I haven't shared in a while. It's all about customer service. Or not. If anyone has had to deal with the public you will sympathize with these stories. I know I'm sending you away to another site but if you haven't been there is a while you've got a lot of catching up to do. Mistress - There are months when I have a bad day and don't realize it was because I missed the fact that it was the 13th and I wasn't prepared.
