617 - J. L. Hewitt

I know, it's really 'Jennifer Love' Hewitt. The ghostess with the mostess. I've watched ghost bustess .... I mean whisperer since the beginning. It took a few shows to warm up to it but I've tried not to miss it. Until this year. You never know what's going on in the background but the character changes this year ....... I still watch it, but ... let's just say it doesn't matter anymore if I miss it.

So I checked around to see what else JLH does. For when the show tanks in the future. I was surprised. She's a singer too. Here's a video she did and it's not half bad. I don't think she could make a living as a singer but this is decent.

And then somebody (obviously a guy) did a video collage of JLH from her show and films here. I didn't know she had done as many films as she has. I generally don't like rap but it's got a good rap beat for the audio. It's a good mix. The song gets cut off at the end so I looked up just the song. Don't bother. The person that did the video edited the song into parts and the real song is not that good. I also couldn't understand 3/4 of what they were saying in the song so if you're a word person, listen at your own risk. Remember, it's rap.

And finally, Andrea, keep your comments clean. I've know you've mentioned JLH before on your blog.

Ah I like JLH...I agree she's not that great of a singer though. Personally I like the guy that plays her husband on the show.

M - The now dead guy that came back as another guy so depending on whose looking at him looks different guy? Why couldn't they just kill him and give him his own show? We need to have somebody make him go into the light.

BTW, where are all our other bloggers? I thought they would be jumping all over this.

"Ghost Bustess?" I think this thing with Rima and boobs has finally driven you over the edge. I'm not a particular fan of Jennifer Love Hewitt, although you've gotta admire someone whose middle name is "Love."

I'm also not a big fan of JLH. I watch the show occasionally but usually end up switching channels. It does get a little too spooky to watch that alone sometimes. I terrible at this type of shows :)

B- yes it ALL Rima's fault.

A - I think this show is the reverse of spooky. At least more so in the beginnings of it. I always love it when she start giving the ghosts a bunch crap for bothering her. That's something you just don't see in other ghost shows. "HEY! GET OUT OF HERE. I'M BUSY RIGHT NOW!"

I also miss professor Payne. I think they played off each other well. Now that I think about it, a lot of the humor is missing because of him being gone.

Oh, give Jennifer a break! She had to endure being the first major girlfriend of the alcoholic in Table for Five, that show from several years ago where the parents both died and the oldest brother raised his 4 siblings. But you're right, she probably couldn't make a living being a singer, although she's pretty good at it. There are so many ways she's like me!

Now the show that really gets my attention this year is The Mentalist. Every character in it is distinct, but Simon Baker steals the limelight just by smiling.
