Sad and funny at the same time. A balloon launch. Every balloon is off to help a sick kid. Well I don't care how sick the kid is, I'm not climbing up there.
BALLOONS
OWWWWW Well at least he tried. I mean trying is important right? Well maybe there's somethings you shouldn't try. And remember it's not the fall, it's the sudden stop that gets you.
WHAM!
I ran across this again. I think I posted it before. But it's still funny so I'll post it again. As I'm typing I think it was infectious laughter I talked about. But like I probably said before you can't help but laugh with these guys.

And then a bonus. Remember the video of the train going through the market in Thailand? Well Breck Carter found more videos. The second one is taken from the train.

Credit where credit is due... my friend and colleague Margaret Kammermayer found the other train videos... I won't say how late she stayed up searching for them a second time after I asked for the links... because I stayed up later to blog them (and it's all your fault! :)
I'm selling my skateboard
"Train Market" - What a great idea!
We have a railway right here in town,I wonder...
wv- uncess - no tax! (there's one for Bilbo)
BC - I see the time stamp on your comment. I know this is my version of normal. Must be yours too.
B - Makes you think doesn't it.
F - If you noticed on the second video the train didn't slow down even a little. So make sure you can still move fast enough.
Mike: Lest ye think I'm one of them there *night owls*, 'tis the other way 'round... I'm getting up as they toddle off to bed... insomnia is great for getting work done... alas (yawn).
We used to have "balloon ascension day" every year as a fund raiser at my elementary school. Of course, we did it in an *open field*. Glorious!
That was before they discovered it was killing birds who would try to eat the popped balloons/string.
There was always someone who would get the prize for farthest because, supposedly, a balloon managed to get all the way across the Atlantic. Um, right.
