I'm running late today so here's a short FYI. Found this site..?????? But it's interesting to know the sellers are building a database on the unpreferred buyers. Somebody sign up and tell us what's on the site.

I almost missed it. Today is Friday the 13th. See how they can sneak up on you when they're not on Friday! And now it's to late to worry about it. A whole day of worrying missed.
