From an article in the New York Times...
In one of the most conservative pockets in the state, the northwestern Iowa town of Alton, a supporter of Mr. Romney urged Republicans gathered at a firehouse to resist “throwing your vote away.”
I'm sorry Mr. Supporter of whomever. That's all anyone does with the election system we have is throw your vote away.
And from Addicting Info...
I am not a fan of Ron Paul. At all. That being said, WOW! Fox REALLY doesn’t like him! It’s almost a pathological hatred.
I already knew Fox was not enamored of Ron Paul but tonight clinches it beyond any doubt. With over 90% of the votes in from the Iowa caucus, Ron Paul trails both Romney and Santorum (tied at 25%) with a very respectable 21%. This is close enough that any objective read of the results would be that it is a competitive three way race.
But we are talking about Fox. Ron Paul just gave a short speech urging his followers to keep fighting on to New Hampshire. MSNBC showed it. CNN showed it. Fox? They had an empty podium on screen while they waited for Newt Gingrich to come out. Newt came in a distant fourth with only 13% of the vote but, for some bizarre reason, he was more important than Dr. Paul.
Fox? Unfair? Unbalanced? Say it ain't so!
