Short post today. I found a site "http://www.nolo.com/" that offers free legal advice. I guess it's a good place to start if you're researching something but I disagreed with the very thing that got me to their site, boundary fences.
I'd never heard of a boundary fence before, i.e. a fence owned by both land owners. But in looking at some Missouri laws it seems there is such a thing. But it has more to do with livestock containment than anything else.
Anyway, this might be a good site to bookmark for future reference. Or you can remember it's on my sidebar now. Right?
