In 1814 we took at trip. Along with Colonel Jackson down the mighty Mississip'. .... OK, I'll stop before somebody powders my behind. Let's get on to the real post about politics. Right?! I know you want more political sh**.
Well here's an interesting Bill Moyers piece on the difference between Liberals and Conservatives. It's an interesting look at the moral prospectives of both sides. Here's a tell all graph from the show.
And here's the Bill Moyers show it came from. If I remember right this is a two part show with the first half being about this topic. Maybe not.
And then here's Claire McCaskill talking about moderates. This is only 3-4 minutes long.

Didn't fall down this time, did you?
So Liberals and Conservatives are pretty much in agreement on liberty? They must define them in different ways....
Going on the roof is a serious enterprise, deserving of a reward of a steak.
Well at least YOU don't have shingles. I hear those can be painful. Cheers Mike!!
Matt-Man
Missed the Overture reference. And tacking down shingles??? Better you than me.....
B - Nope, I managed to stay ON the roof this time.
EPT - The devil is in the details.
Steak it is!
MM - I've heard it's not the shingles that hurt so much as it is the nails.
L - Next time you're in St. Louis come on by. We'll hang out on my roof.
That's pretty handy of you to get up there & fix the roof so quickly.
I wonder if the chart is broken. Conservatives appear to value all moral concerns equally.
When they were putting together the sanctity column, the purple bar should have burst through the top of the chart. And the green one should've burst into flames.
Sanctity maybe; but sanctimoniousness is the equal province of liberals and conservatives. Just different emphases.
J - The chart broken? How can that be? It's a chart! Charts are facts right?
BSH - And no matter what side you're on sanctimoniousness has a special facial and body expression. You can spot it a mile away.
