I think it would be hard to make number 1 in number 2.
Squat toilets are smelly and unhygenic. You find those in some small towns in Europe.
That last photo reminds me of a trip I made to western China about 15 years ago. There was a toilet block and it was like that except without the partition. Needless to say, I didn't go.

I'd be willing to bet that third one down (with the blue "slippers" is in Korea. I used many facilities like this when I was stationed there.
