Well it seems Progressive is at it again here in St. Louis. A woman's car was stolen from in front of her house. It was found later in a bad neighborhood with misc. crap in it from other people. Well apparently Progressive doesn't think it was damaged enough to have been stolen. So, you guessed it, they aren't paying up. They're waiting for more information from the police investigation. Guess what doesn't qualify for in depth police investigations?
So HERE'S the whole story and maybe a video. The video wasn't working when I posted this. Maybe it will be working now. HA!

The video worked when I tried it. How awful! I don't insure with that company and you can bet I won't in the future!
There are raings of insurance companies regarding their claims adjustments. A really bad strategy is to insure with those who advertise a lot.
Great my insurance company who covered our boat no longer covers watercraft so they moved us to progressive. I don't think i want to show this to my husband.

It's best to look at all alternative insurance providers, including how easy to get a claims adjuster tocome out right away.
