But why bother with this post you say? Because NaBloPoMo is in December this year instead of November. Seems that BlogHer which now runs NaBloPoMo switched it. It's always been in November. But no, not this year. And this is the badge that is on BlogHers' site right now.
Not exactly an 'I finished' statement like the previous years. Will there be a different badge for completion? Who knows? We'll have to wait until January to find out. Or maybe make my own badge....

Although November is the biggest month for NaBloPoMo (with prizes and everything!) people are invited to take up the challenge of writing a post a day during any month.
To help inspire bloggers, NaBloPoMo assigns a theme for each month, and also offers daily writing prompts, but these are optional. Bloggers are not required to write on a specific month's theme or a specific day's writing prompt. Any post about anything at all counts.
Dana - Did they have a badge for November? I didn't see one. Of course I didn't see that explanation either.
Why do they always want to do this in November and December? Those are the two most hectic and busiest months of the year for most people.

I hadn't been to the site since last year. Seems there is a monthly theme now. So every month is blogging month. I think it sort of takes the specialcy out of it. Now I have to go try and find the November badge.
