I don't think driving school could help this person. Watch it to the end. In the middle when you think it's over, it's not.

That is the most incredible example of poor driving I've seen. And there's damage to the red car!
Linda - I assume that's why this security footage got saved in the first place. Because of the damaged red car. Otherwise the world would have never gotten to see this fine driving example.
If only they could get a close up of the driver's face somehow....
