I don't know if this file uploaded or not. What it shows is a guy that is one hell of free hand street sign painter. He has a board to make sure the lines are straight but does the curves freehand.

The first guy is a real lettering artist.
I can't even do this on a sheet of paper. Now there are machines to do most of this, but they couldn't hold a candle to this guy for speed.
Let me tell you - curves are not easy to free hand.
Doesn't it seem that the things that look so simple are the ones that really require talent?
His lettering is beautiful!
