3127 - It's late
OK it's late and I have to get up early today. I actually have to set an alarm. Things like that piss old retired guys off. But it's to go babysit my granddaughter so that makes it better.
So what happened recently that's worth a quick ponder? Well the Cubs knocked the Cardinals out of the playoffs. Damn.
Apparently the Democratic debates went well. They supposedly acted like grownups. But since the debate wasn't on TV I didn't see it. TV = free over the air broadcasts. TV is not cable or satellite IMO.

My family is all disappointed about the Cardinals loss. My friends and some of the family live around Peoria in Illinois, so they are split between St. Louis and Chicago baseball. We didn't watch the dem debate...not a fan of watching Hillary.
It was just on CNN, so that doesn't count.

I'm sorry for your Cardinals loss. But it could be worse they could have lost to my lousy team. :-)I know how you hate them. I am now rooting for the Cubs. It's their time I hope. I am enjoying all these games.
I did not watch the debates for fear they too would be like the mean horribly behaved people on a reality show or the republican party. Go figure they weren't. I did record so I can watch later. I am pretty sure who I want already but it is good to keep an open mind. I fear my guy doesn't have a chance but one never knows. They were live on cnn.com if you wanted to watch.
I'm sorry about the Cardinals too.
The Democrats behaved tolerably well.
