WWII prisoners-of-war in Minnesota

There are billions of people and a version of normal to go along with each one of them. No two versions are exactly the same. There will be hundreds of thousands of little things that make up your version of normal. With any luck you can find people that have close to the same idea of what normal is that you do. These are your friends. Anyone else you try to tolerate as best you can. .... The exact definition of normal depends on who's running the asylum.

That's a lot of rain. Iy should hit here about 5 PM!
We have had the record rainfall in Texas, and more to come next weekend. On the west side of I35, we haven't had as much as on the east side, thank heaven!
I hear you.
I look at my new snowblower in the garage and think it now won't snow.
It's red, shiny and actually a pretty machine. So it won't snow I just know it. But it was $100 off. :-) Hubby says it is a good one, Troy Bilt, whatever. I don't know anything about them.
But hey Mike - Wanna borrow it? It won't snow then.
Then we'll get snow. See?...that's how it works.
Bad times with El Nino!
These maps are great! I find weather very interesting. We've a long way to go, but I'm amazed at how improved weather forecasting is compared to when I was young. The types, amount and quality of the data is impressive.
