Here's something I found by accident on YouTube. It's a menu the right click brings up.
The menu has a 'loop' feature. So if you are really into a song, you can click on loop and it will repeat, forever. So if you have the perfect exercise song with exactly the right beat, you can just keep going and going and going.

Dear Lord if I am exercising it is not perfect and a song can not be heard over my moaning and groaning.
