General contact with other people is the top indicator. What I really found interesting is that a flu vaccine is more important than exercise.
So here's the video. Be warned it's not an exciting video as she is reading from notes to do the presentation.

Interesting. I get a flu shot every year, along with the pneumonia vaccine, don't smoke, don't drink very much, try to walk a few miles per day, and stay connected to friends. I don't know if I'd want to live to 100, though, unless it was to see my armies of great-grandchildren.
We're touching the right bases, but living long should include living well.
I'm like Bilbo, not too excited to living to 100 when I see what struggles plague many in their 90s. But very interesting Mike. Some are rated much higher than I expected.
