4755 - What the Health

'What the Health' is a Netflix documentary about the damage meat and dairy do to our bodies. It's presented in a way that lets you know how things are bad for you rather than someone just hollering at you to "DON'T DO THAT!" You say WHY! They say BECAUSE! Then they go away.

This documentary throws in bits that tell you what's going on in your body that makes meat and dairy bad. I just wish there was more science than yakking. There is only one of the doctors that's a little bit of a vegan smart ass but he's not too bad.

Anyway, it's worth you time (~90m) to watch. Here's the trailer.

Fish is actually the best and healthiest and most nutritious food that anyone can ever eat, experts have said that if you ate nothing but fish every day of your life you'd be virtually guaranteed to live to be 105 basically because it's so perfect for our digestive systems.

Norbert - The problem is fish is becoming corrupted with chemicals and mercury. And farm raised fish are feed bad food with antibiotics and anti-fungicides. So you have to be careful where the fish you eat comes from.

By the way, i also watched "secrets of the strip-o-gram girls" (1985) the only film that Pauline Hickey ever appeared in, it's an appalling film and the quite astonishing Miss Hickey is indeed the ONLY reason to watch it, but I must admit seeing that amazing bird in a complete movie was quite an experience, that bird really was totally beyond belief in her unparalleled pulcritudennessness.
