seriously? I'm going to die but not be able to think of the word that is happening to me. I get a lot of exercise but I don't think it would be considered aerobic. Walking 3 miles a day doesn't seem to help my ....what do you call it?

WHY is goddamn EXERCISE the solution to EVERYTHING?

EC - My wife has Parkinson's and I know it helps her a lot. When she doesn't exercise I can tell.

SK - I know what you mean. It's... ummmm...

MPP - I still read other articles that say walking is the best exercise. Probably because people will do that so they encourage it.

DSWS - I think it's because if you're exercising you're not eating. So it's a trick to get you to eat less.
The prediabetes class I took said exercise is only 10% of losing weight. Calories is 90%.

The best exercise for both mind and body would obviously be to spend 3 hours every day *********** instead of 3 hours on a bike or treadmill or rowing machine or lifting dumb-arsed weights!, no thank-you!, you have to admit i`m right Mike!.

LJ - But she's dead. I don't think that would be any fun at ALL!

While you're all focusing on the exercise, I find it interesting that a big vocabulary can bring it on. Makes sense. After all, Tonto never seems to be at a loss for words.
