When Peggy was looking for someplace to move to I would send her suggestions like this. I think if this were on either coast it would be 5 times higher. So at 20 mil, this is a bargain!

Sue - I'll vouch that you're a character. Or something like that.
That would take too much of my golf time to clean it. It's why I live in a condo on a golf course, don't want to waste time cleaning a house or driving to the course. I do have a house in town, but that's where my girlfriend lives and she has to clean it.
Who needs two full gyms and a chapel? Do you know how many more bars you can fit into that much space?

Bill - 13? I didn't see that. That's bad luck. I probably still wouldn't be able to get to one in time.
Kathy - Nope, never heard of him either. There are too many people with millions and millions of dollars living in west county that we've never heard of.
