I do as many as I can.
That's still losing weight!
My orthopedist said no running or jogging. I said not a problem.
Exactly.
Yes it does!
If I put the stationary bike wheel against the treadmill, then put my feet on the handlebars of the bike...
There are billions of people and a version of normal to go along with each one of them. No two versions are exactly the same. There will be hundreds of thousands of little things that make up your version of normal. With any luck you can find people that have close to the same idea of what normal is that you do. These are your friends. Anyone else you try to tolerate as best you can. .... The exact definition of normal depends on who's running the asylum.

Some of those exercises sound too energetic for me. Like climbing onto the stationary bike.
Sue - I have three or four gym people lift me onto the bike.
Those diddly-squats are difficult for people with my documented lack of coordination, but I've managed to master them and now do hundreds every day.
Ha ha, that last one!
Being as I'm an exerciser I'll pass on making any comments today :-)
I say this every day:
"I love to exercise. But today's my day off."
The before and after of Robert is great.
I tried the Robert diet but couldn't read the scales without my glasses - I think I've lost weight 🤣
Bill - I'm working on that coordination right now.
Deb - You just pretend you're on the Haleakala bike tour on Maui. (https://www.bikemaui.com/) 23 miles downhill.
Kathy - So, how long did it take to exercise off https://kathys-second-half.blogspot.com/2021/11/just-tuesday-in-retirement.html ?
Shaw - I too love exercise. I could watch it for hours!
Matt - I thought someone had snuck a picture of me onto the internet.
CC - A positive attitude is a good start.
I'm still working on getting rid of those calories. Didn't help that I polished off the brownie last night :-)
Kathy - But it was a good brownie wasn't it?
Hah! These are sadly all too relevant to my current state of physical activity ... inactivity ... whatever ...
Jenny - We could start our own club.
