Claudia is supposed to be doing more exercise than what she does to help her Parkinsons. I found a good routine for her to learn. It's only 60 seconds long. I'll expect everyone to be posting videos next week.

There are billions of people and a version of normal to go along with each one of them. No two versions are exactly the same. There will be hundreds of thousands of little things that make up your version of normal. With any luck you can find people that have close to the same idea of what normal is that you do. These are your friends. Anyone else you try to tolerate as best you can. .... The exact definition of normal depends on who's running the asylum.

My knees are still good, but I couldn't do that! My back would need six months to recover if I even tried!
River - I would she is "flexible".
I am with River. I would fail on that one, very, very early. I am as flexible as a brick.
Sue - So no video of you next week?
I have a list of exercises I'm supposed to do as I get ready for my upcoming knee replacement. Fortunately, this one is not on it.
Good lord!
Where's YOUR video?
Bill - But you could add it. Your doctor would be impressed.
Kathy - I said that too. Probably with a different emphasis.
Deb - Would you believe I can't upload it? I can't figure out how to put the VHS tape into the computer.
I just had a cortisone shot in my shoulder so I can't keep my arms up like that otherwise, piece of cake! LOL
Peg - Did you show this to Rick?
OMG - my old knees would scream bloody on that one. But I would be happy to do a little gentle yoga video for you.
Exercise video. Is that what that is?
Lady - I think I would fall asleep doing yoga let alone watching it.
Mark - If I tried to do that it would be a torture video.
