My house is almost on a corner. I have a busy street in front and in back. I have people honk and wave frequently when I'm outside. Most of the time I hear the honk and see a waving arm in a car I don't recognize. I wave back.
Yesterday I was in my backyard working with the leafblower so it was noisy. I thought I heard someone holler "jackass". I looked up and saw a car going by with two kids (I think)(males probably) in it. It's been a while since that's happened but it's far from the first time.
I'm not afraid to let my politics be known and there are a lot of tRUMPers in this area. So that's always my first guess when something like that happens even though I don't have any signs up right now.
Teenage males are one reason I stopped walking years ago around my house. They love to come up behind you and blow their horn to scare you and then holler something obnoxious. Luckily I can say I was never like that. I never wanted to draw attention to myself like these type A+ tRUMPers do.
Maybe now is the time to put up a 6-foot solid fence in the back to replace the chainlink. Hmmmm.

Hopefully they will grow out of both the arsewipe behaviour and their Trumpism.
It's a sad commentary on the times. If I'd acted like that, my dad would have knocked me into the middle of next week.

Deb - The thought has crossed my mind many times. But then the next day comes and the thought is gone.
Privacy is a lovely thing.
I'd say to just ignore them, but in this day and age that might encourage them.

The teens on our street are decent kids. One of the younger kids is an butthole. Maybe he'll grow out of it or have the crap kicked out of him by the other kids.
Yeah you deserve your space from the assholes. Really sorry to hear you have to contend with this. I feel bad for them. They are headed for a big fall. Although maybe a few of them can become human. We shall see. Stay safe friend. You are valuable library to all of us. Aloha

Kathy - The honking while walking has decreased significantly since sidewalks were put in. When I had to walk along the edge of the road that seemed to encourage the obnoxious behavior.
John - At least you know the kids. I have no idea who that was the other day.
Cloudia - One of these days I'll be close enough to my car and take off after them. Then I'll really get myself in trouble.
The Trumpists of any age are obnoxious and so predictable in their commonality of inappropriate behavior, aren't they? I can clearly see why the likes of 45 appeal to them, Birds of a Feather and all that.

I'd build the wall, then as well as privacy I'd have something to espalier a pear tree on.
