There are billions of people and a version of normal to go along with each one of them. No two versions are exactly the same. There will be hundreds of thousands of little things that make up your version of normal. With any luck you can find people that have close to the same idea of what normal is that you do. These are your friends. Anyone else you try to tolerate as best you can. .... The exact definition of normal depends on who's running the asylum.

Nice collection. I have a few more to send to you when I can fit it into my busy schedule.
The last one strikes such a peaceful note!
i can't quite believe it's thursday again, already...... all my days merge into one long monday
I like 8 and I think it inspires me to write a story about it!!
Thanks for the beautiful collection!!
I love the crepe myrtle #8. That last pic was an excellent shot at the perfect time
You need to take one day and at least "pretend" you're retired.
With or without the sun.
I know exactly how you feel.
It looks like it's been there a while observing the passing of the seasons.
I have two crepe myrtle bushes in my front yard. I think I planted them about 3 years ago and I'm finally getting a few flowers on one of them.
#20, please. Thanks, Mike.
Ahhhhhhh...........!
#5--That tree looks like it's going to slip off that boulder.
#4, the river red gum: A few nights ago a 100 year old twenty metres tall river red gum came crashing down across the road near where I live but far enough away that I didn't hear it, I saw it on the TV news that next evening and watched as they used chainsaws to cut the trunk into manageable pieces to get it off the road, the interior was such a gorgeaous deep red colour! Traffic was diverted for the day and the school right beside was closed for the day.
You'll have to share with a few other people.
Choooo! Pollen!
I don't know. It looks like it's got a good grip to me.
Hopefully they make some good use from all that wood.
Wonderful! Thanks for them all. I agree, #5 looks like it's got a good grip.
Thanks 👍🏽
