Well Fidel Casto has resigned. So who's next in line? The press thinks it's his brother Raul. Dave Letterman had this to say about the situation.
"Some people say that Fidels' replacement will probably be his brother Raul. Others are saying it might be his idiot son Fidel W. Castro."
