This was in yesterdays paper. It cracked me up. The Tea Party pledge. Although I think it needs a few more pledges in it just to make sure no one abandons ship.
And speaking of the ship. Hopefully this is what happens to the party ship.

Ha! Yeah, I imagine Heaven being a place where you couldn't talk religion. What's the point of going there if you have to deal with the same people pushing their beliefs on you?

I'm feeling so sorry for Ron Paul being ignored by the press that I'm thinking of campaigning for him so people around here who think they know I'm a Democrat will be confused. Would that make me a triple agent--i.e., a (1)Democrat disguised as an (2)Independent disguised as a (3)fan of the founder of the foundational beliefs of the Tea Party, but whom the Republicans and Tea Partiers are choosing to treat like "crazy old Uncle Ron" as Jon Stewart would say? Whatever...I may give it a whirl because it sounds like big fun!!!
