Ideally, a good password should be nonsense, mixing caps, lc letters, numbers, and symbols. And change periodically; giving hackers a moving target rather than a stationary one.

Use a key sentence and sub numbers and characters.

Use fictional characters that make sense for the password need then add symbols and numbers.
Easier to remember and still hard to guess.
