Password reminders are always good to pass along to everyone. It seems that a lot of people still haven't gotten the 'don't use these passwords' message. Ideally, a good password should be nonsense, mixing caps, lc letters, numbers, and symbols. And change periodically; giving hackers a moving target rather than a stationary one.
Use a key sentence and sub numbers and characters.

use bad words in Albanian
Use fictional characters that make sense for the password need then add symbols and numbers.
Easier to remember and still hard to guess.
