OK here's the headline.
Woman accused of trying to cut off husband's penis (with scissors)
They have been married for 32 years. The police said a 'long standing dispute' was the cause. I wonder what 'long standing disputes' name is. Because this seems like a specific kind of punishment.
They also said she used not ordinary scissors but 'poultry shears'.
Here's some of the description...
micro-serrated blade .... curved, tapered blades allow access to hard to reach places .... soft grip handle prevents hand strain.
Well even with all this help she couldn't manage to complete the deed. Being 69 she should have gotten the senior assist model.

Why does this exist ?

If successful, would it have been a diacision rather than a circumcision?
I wonder what that long standing dispute was because it doesn't appear that she tried very hard. Those poultry shears look like they would do the job easily but the husband was treated for a non-life-threatening wound.
Well Happy Holidays huh?
I needed some new balls for the tree dear.
After 25 yrs with my man I can't fathom doing such a thing. And trust me after 25 yrs there are a few long standing issues. :-)
B - Absolutely Dia-
1. through
2. across
3. apart
4. at right angles
A - I know. Serrated teeth? Ouch.
M - I would think these would be important enough to be hung at the top of the tree.
Maybe next time she'll use those big clippers you can cut tree limbs with.
Jay
J - I can hear her now, 'HOLD STILL YOU SON OF A BITCH!'
Maybe the long standing issue was just long standing...and she's had a headache for all those years?
